Copy Cat Business Systems "Worst Copy Machine" Contest is sponsored by:

Copy Cat Business Systems with an address of 253 Sunbury St. Minersville, PA 17954, (“Sponsor”). By participating in the Contest, you agree to be bound by all of these Official Rules (“Rules”), unless any part is prohibited by law. Void where prohibited. The Contest is based on the poor condition the copier in the business, or office of the entrant and is not a game of chance.

ELIGIBILITY:

The contest is open to Businesses large or small, in the T102 FM and the WPPA am radio stations listening audience. or potential customers (defined below) who are legal residents of the United States (except were void by law), who are 18 years or older, excluding employees, directors, officers and agents of Sponsor, its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions and advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, the “Released Parties”), and the immediate family members (spouses and parents, children, siblings and their respective spouses) and those living in the sam e household, whether or not related.  entrant must complete an entry form on the official T102 website website (http://www.t102radio.com), or official WPPA website (http://wpparadio.com) or, a form that has been given to a contestant. Contestant will be prompted to enter contact and eligibility verification information, such as full name, full address, name of employer, email address and other personal information. Sponsor is not liable in any manner whatsoever for incorrect information provided by Contestant.

HOW TO ENTER:

Please see the Contest entry page at http://www.t102radio.com or http://wpparadio.com (click on the Worst Copier Contest Icon) for the dates and entry deadlines for the Contest period. Complete and submit the online entry form, and include your “Reason why my office needs a new copier”. Entries must be received on the deadline date indicated for the Contest period on or before APRIL 15,2008 (no later than 11:59 p.m. EST). Limit one (1) entry per Contestant-duplicate entries from any person or email address will be void.

Entries must: be entrant’s place of employment or own business work; be in keeping with the Sponsor’s image; not defame or invade publicity rights or privacy of any person, living or deceased, or otherwise infringe upon any person’s personal or property rights or any other third party rights; and not be offensive or inappropriate, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. Any entry that does not conform to these requirements shall be considered void.

JUDGING AND PRIZES:

One (1) potential winner for the Contest will be chosen from among all eligible entries by a panel of our judges based on the entrant’s plea concerning the reason they need a new Copier and shall be based on the following criteria: Need, Creativity and Originality, and or Most Outrageous reason. Each entrant will allow a member of the Copy Cat Business Systems professional team comes to the “Bad” Copier for verification and to take a photo. Every Entrant will receive a Subway Lunch Value meal from the Subway on Centre Street in Pottsville , for entering the contest. In the event of a tie, the panel of judges shall evaluate the entries submitted by all such tied entries for Adherence to Copy Cat Business Systems contest rules, Need, Creativity, Originality, or Outrageous Story. The tied entry presenting the best reason picked by our judges shall win the Prize. The odds of winning depend upon the total number of entries received and the skill of the entries. The following Prize will be given to the winner of the Contest, unless otherwise stated in these Rules: Panasonic DP3010 with Staple Finishing Copier. and an office Party Lunch consisting of 3 party Platters from Subway on Centre Street in Pottsville , which will feed approximately 21 persons.  Any taxes and any other costs and expenses associated with the acceptance and use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winners. Prize may not be transferred, substituted or redeemed for cash, except by Sponsor, in its sole discretion, which reserves the right to substitute a prize of comparable. Prize will be delivered within thirty (30) days following completion of winner verification process. Sponsor reserves the right to use (or not use) any entry received from a Contestant for any purpose described in these Rules. This contest also includes a 1 year free service contract on the winning copier, and supplies for 1 year for the winning copier (up to30K pages). Winner my upgrade prize to another reconditioned available model. Removal of the OLD copier upon request also included.

WINNER NOTIFICATION:

Winners will be notified by mail, telephone and/or email And announcer on T102 and WPPA Radio Stations and may be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability release and a publicity release within seven (7) days of date of issuance. Failure to comply within this time period with these Official Rules or the return of any prize or prize notification will result in disqualification and, in the sole discretion of Sponsor, a prize may be awarded to the runner-up. For the name of Contest winner (available following the end of the Contest period) send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Copy Cat Business Systems with an address of 253 Sunbury St. Minersville , PA 17954 , Contest Winner, Requests received more than thirty (30) days following the end of Contest period will not be honored. The award will be announced on the MAY 1,2008.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:

Contestant agrees to release, hold harmless and defend Released Parties from any and all claims based on his or her entries submitted or used, including without limitation, claims of misappropriation, copyright or trademark infringement and similar claims. In case of such indemnification, Released Parties shall be entitled to their own defense, which expense shall be covered by the indemnifying party. Contestant understands that entries submitted may have similar ideas or concepts to other entries submitted or to concepts developed by the Released Parties. By submitting an entry, Contestant agrees Sponsor shall own the entry submitted (including all rights embodied therein) and that it and its designees may exploit, edit, modify and distribute the entry and all elements of such entry, in any and all media now known or hereafter discovered, including on Sponsor’s website and in Sponsor’s catalogs without compensation, permission or notification to Contestant or any third party. Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled, delayed, undelivered, stolen or misdirected entries; or technical or mechanical malfunctions; or other problems or errors of any kind, whether typographical, printing, computer, network, technical, human or otherwise, relating to or in connection with the contest, including, without limitation, errors or problems which may occur in connection with the administration of the Contest, the processing or judging of entries, the announcement of the prize or in any Contest-related materials. Contestants agree (i) to be bound by the terms of these official rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and judges, which are final and binding, and (ii) to release Released Parties from any actions and/or liability, for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind, including death, to person, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in this contest, the use of any entry by sponsor or its designees or the acceptance, possession, misuse or use of the prize, if not prohibited by law.
